Abstract

Aim: Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is an autosomal dominant disorder of lipoprotein metabolism mainly caused by LDLR mutations. This study was aimed to assess the different response to lipid-lowering therapy according to LDL receptor phenotype in Italian patients with heterozygous FH.
