Abstract
Three hundred participants learned about the latest scientific capabilities at the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource (SSRL) and Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS) during the 2012 LCLS/SSRL Users' Meeting. The event included several workshops and sessions focused on specific science areas as well as talks about the latest scientific trends, challenges, and calls for more public outreach to spread the word about light source science.
