Abstract
Pediatric patients are at risk for adverse drug reactions, and oncologic patients are at an even higher risk. (1) This study aims to describe and quantify the long-term dermatologic sequelae and drug reactions in patients who received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) as children. 273 patients who received allo-HSCT as children from the period 01/27/2002- 01/27/2022 at Duke University Hospital were identified. All patient visits from the period of 01/1996-01/2020 were obtained via the Duke Enterprise Data Unified Content Explorer (DEDUCE).
