Abstract

Evaluate concordance between clinical and pathologic classification of lesions as it relates to mycosis fungoides staging. Sequential patients with a clinical diagnosis of non-erythrodermic mycosis fungoides in a tertiary care referral center from 2015 to present date and who had undergone biopsy with histologic lesion staging were included in this retrospective study, and changes in TNMB stage with follow-up assessed. Pathologic and clinical diagnosis agreed in 72% of cases (weighted kappa statistic=0.82).
