Abstract

A brief analysis of the existing multi-layer wall enclosing structures: their advantages, the basic requirements for thermal resistance, strength, durability and fire resistance, the corresponding class of capital of the building, the effectiveness of each type of multi-layer structures, describing their advantages and disadvantages, which to date does not lead to a single solution to the problem prevailing in this part. It is noted the need to develop high-quality and inexpensive wall envelope, which would quickly become popular in construction. It sets out the tasks of: removing the existing flaws in multilayer structures of the walls; increasing the insulating properties of the structure; reducing the cost and improving the quality and productivity of construction work. The possibility of developing such a multi-layer team of large-block wall structure, which can quickly gain mass popularity: in the individual construction of houses, in the construction of agricultural and industrial buildings, structures, to fill the walls of multi-storey frame buildings, both in monolithic and prefabricated versions. In addition, it is possible to allocate a fairly low complexity of the construction of walls (industrial method of installation of blocks), which is very important in the current shortage of skilled labor, as well as the possibility of introducing the most unusual architectural and color solutions.
