Etude de la figure heroique du juriste, illustree par le personnage de Atticus Finch dans le roman de Harper Lee, «Le meurtre du merle moqueur» (1960). Rejetant l'approche caracteriologique de l'ethique juridique et professionnelle, l'A. montre que l'ethique de la vertu n'a rien a voir avec le sens de la responsabilite morale des juristes.
