Abstract

Presents a critical corrective to Dworkin's flawed theory of rights. Presents a typology for correct materialist analysis of natural rights and positive laws. Explicits qualities of the right to food, a basic alimentary right flanked by the rights to water, clothing, shelter, and supplemented by the psychological rights to one's own language, culture, education and development.
