Abstract

This paper tells the story behind a book titled as 'Advanced Introduction to Law and Globalisation'. Paper is based on two lectures and it explains the train of thought and central theme of the book. First, it deals with how we conceptualise law and globalisation, second, it addresses the question of how to approach seemingly an impossible subject, third, it considers the theoretical assumptions on which the approach is based on. After that, the various subthemes of the book are presented. Final part condenses the key-message into a conclusion.
