Abstract

One in six US women who are sexually assaulted (SA) are Latina. In other studies, Latina women SA survivors have been found to be less likely to seek health care than non-Latinas. We examined characteristics and health outcomes of Latina vs. non-Latina women presenting for emergency care after SA.
