Abstract
ABSTRACT This case report details lateralized periodic discharges (LPDs) detected and described via intraoperative neuromonitoring during tumor resection. Descriptions and quantifications were made according to the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society’s Standardized Critical Care EEG Terminology: 2021 Version. Further, this case illustrates quantitative changes to the LPDs observed in real time as the tumor was removed.
