Abstract
目的 探讨前足皮肤缺损的修复及感觉功能恢复的方法. 方法 在足背外侧设计以足背动脉为蒂的跗外侧动脉皮支穿出点为中心的逆行皮瓣修复前足皮肤缺损,用足背外侧皮神经与跖底神经吻合,足外侧供区用腹股沟全厚皮打包植皮.结果 17例跗外侧动脉皮瓣及植皮全部成活,感觉、外形良好、不需要二期整形. 结论 跗外侧动脉皮瓣逆行转移修复前足皮肤缺损,皮瓣薄、有神经支配、解剖位置恒定。
