Abstract

THE primary purpose of this presentation is to describe further the clinical picture of rupture of the marginal sinus of the normally implanted placenta. A general plan for the management of this complication is described. It is recognized that many physicians and medical communities have been reluctant to accept this really old diagnosis; however, for lack of time, its distinctness is not defended here except for one particular.
