Abstract

Objective: Cerebellar ataxia in a young person often prove to be a challenging task to clinicians. Extra-neurological sign may at times give an important clue especially in cases with genetic flavor. We report a young patient with late-onset cerebellar ataxia due to Gordon Holmes Syndrome (GHS).
