Abstract
There are guidelines to assist with patient selection for reirradiation in recurrent head and neck (HN) cancer, but those who are ineligible for definitive retreatment often have limited effective or tolerable locally palliative options before hospice. We report the largest series of the use of the Quad Shot (QS) regimen as a last-line local palliative therapy for patients with prior HN radiation therapy (RT) who were incurable and ineligible for definitive salvage.
