Abstract
Available from La Vision is PicoStar HR, an intensified CCD camera. The camera has an optical gate width down to 200 Ps with a gating reception rate of up to 100 MHz and a gain modulation of up to 800 Mhz. The PicoStar HR covers the spectral range from UV to NIR. with single-photon sensitivity and high spatial resolution. The system is computer-controlled and is supplied with Windows-compatible software for device control, image acquisition, processing and data analysis. The PicoStar HR could be useful for applications such as fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and combustion research.
