Abstract

Skin cancer as a common disease that endangers human health kills millions of people every year. Melanoma as a kind of skin cancer is a serious threat to human health, In order to discover problems in the early stages of the disease, it is necessary to develop more convenient and accurate skin disease detection methods, so that the lesions can be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. In this paper, the finite element simulation is used to establish the model of the laser generating ultrasound on the skin. The interaction between the laser generated surface acoustic wave and the skin tissue is analyzed in detail. The correlation coefficient method is used to analyze the tumor size. The correlation coefficient method is proposed as a feasible tool detecting and characterizing melanoma in human skin.
