Abstract

ABSTRACT The temperature effect of laser Raman scattering spectrum of optical fiber was researched. Applied the opticaltime domain reflection(OTDR) technique of optical fiber ,laser Raman scattering spectrometry,bi-wavelength twochannel detection technique , high speed instantaneous state wave-shape sample average technique and computertechnique to the distributed optical fiber sensor temperature system (DOFTSS ) , use it for the measurement of temperature field in space. 1. INTRODUCTION Recently , after the research of machine vision and sence systems , the distributed and quasi-distributed opticalfiber sensor system and multiplexed sensor system and network are devoloped. 2The principle of measurementtemperature of the DOFTSS is dependent on the temperature effect of the laser Raman scattering spectrum , 3then it isn't researched in detail. In this paper , the temperature effect of laser Raman scattering spectrum of opticalfiber and applied the DOFTSS to the measurement of temperature field in space.
