Abstract

An infrared transition of the ν3 band of 37 ClO2 which is in coincidence with the 9 R(24) C18O2 laser line has been identified as N'← N'' = 202 ←101 J '← J'' = 32←32. Double resonance signals corresponding to the hyperfine components of the N' = 211←202 and N' = 111←202 transitions of the v3 = 1 state have been measured. The B rotational constant of this state was calculated to be 9899.0±1.0 MHz.
