Abstract

AbstractThis review summarizes some recent developments in the characterization of some special intractable macromolecules in solution by a combination of static and dynamic laser light scattering (LLS). Since both static and dynamic LLS are theoretically well established, we have limited this review on experimental details, such as the design of a high temperature LLS spectrometer, the clarification of polymer solutions, complementary apparatuses such as a novel differential refractometer, and portable particle sizer.
