Abstract

Self-Organization In article number 2110038, Cheng Yang and co-workers develop an innovative transient-laser-induced fabrication technology to obtain high-melting-point well-ordered TiNx nanonetworks by transient entropy-driven self-organization. Such a method features potentially major advances in mass fabrication of highly conductive and high-polarity nanostructured electrodes for compact high-frequency filter capacitors.
