Abstract
The laser-induced fluorescence spectrum of KH vapor, excited by the 4881-Å argon ion laser line, was obtained and analyzed. The transition was found to involve the A 1Σ + and X 1Σ + states. Vibrational and rotational energy transfer is detected. The spectrum presents a clear differentiation of bandheads. The molecular constants obtained are in good agreement with the previously reported data.
