Abstract

This article analyzes the political-criminal strategies to encourage complaints in public and private entities, in particular the whistleblowers protection programs. The utilitarian arguments of the insiders collaboration in the white collar crime law enforcement are analyzed, as well as the controversies about the rewards to citizens who decide to report corporate irregularities.
