Abstract

A 1-day-old female full-term newborn had mild-to-moderate episodic inspiratory stridor. She had no retractions or cyanosis, her cry and feeding were normal, and the stridorous episodes typically occurred while she was crying. Genetic and orthopedic consultations were obtained for abnormal facies and knee and hip dislocations.
