Abstract

Stability of a spacecraft power processing system is analyzed, using state-plane analysis techniques. Large-signal behavior of the solar array system are portrayed on the state plane. The behavior of various equilibrium points are analyzed and the desired operating region identified. The stability and transient responses of the system operating near the solar array's maximum power point are evaluated.
