Abstract

A 21-year-old man with pain in the lower abdomen and hematuria of 10 days' duration was evaluated and found to have a large cystic lesion behind the urinary bladder, which was confirmed to be a large prostatic utricle with a solid component on contrast-enhanced computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and transrectal ultrasonography. Postoperative histopathology revealed transitional cell carcinoma.
