Abstract
Though the spine correction surgery had been widely developed all over the world, massive intra-operative blood lossand the viral infections due to massive blood transfusion had perplexed orthopedists for decades. Especially in posterior vertebral column resection (PVCR) operation, the large blood loss had becameits bottleneck. In the cardiac surgery studies, researchers had proven that large dose of tranexamic acid (TXA) can definitely decrease the intra-operative blood loss.
