Abstract

The Self-powered and flexible photodetector is the future of the optoelectronic industry. For the first time, we have employed an isotype heterostructure, SnSe-Sb2Se3, and showed its photodetection performance under the Vis-NIR range. The large area device exhibits a stable and fast response at zero bias. Even after 1500 bending cycles, the device showed a stable photo-response without change in response time (while recovery time doubled). Also, this isotype structure showed enhanced absorption in the complete Vis-NIR spectra that can be utilized in other applications like solar cells.
