Abstract
Study Objective: Laproendoscopic Single Site Surgery (LESS) is a new options for laproscopic surgery. It allows for a more cosmetic result as well as possibly decreasing post operative pain. There are times when the need for improved tissue retraction and the addition of another port is necessary. The purpose of this video is to demonstrated a single site oopherectomy with the addition of a creative spinal needle retraction option and the use of an additional port through the posterior cul de sac.
