Abstract
The anatomical goal in the treatment of vaginal vault prolapse is basically bto correct the deviated vaginal axis and to provide normal vaginal lengthQ [1]. In this retrospective study, laparoscopic deep uterosacral ligament suspension technique for treating vaginal vault prolapse and enterocele together with its effectiveness in maintaining normal anatomy has been investigated. Of the 17 patients who underwent operations, 6 and 11 had stage IIIc, and IVc prolapse, respectively, according to the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantitation.
