Abstract

Study Objective: This video was designed to demonstrate that a minimally invasive approach is feasible even when the endometriosis nodule is extensive and involves the bladder trigone. Ureteral reimplantantion can be performed but it is not mandatory. This is a case of a 61 years old patient with excruciating pain in the lower abdomen and for emptying the bladder. She had a hysterectomy 20 years before (no adnexectomy) and previous surgery failure for removing the nodule through a midline incision by another surgical team.
