Abstract
Various kinds of complications after myomectomy have been reported. Unusually reported complications include disseminated peritoneal leiomyomatosis, iatrogenic adenomyosis, and parasitic myoma. We report an extremely rare complication which occurred after myomectomy, an iatrogenic blind horn of uterus and parasitic myoma which were treated laparoscopically.
