Abstract
The objective of this video is to highlight a laparoscopic approach to revision of anterior mesh kit arms. The patient is a 58 year old para 4 who underwent an anterior colporrhaphy with Perigee mesh placement, posterior colporrhaphy with Elevate mesh, Monarch sling and cystoscopy who presented with pelvic pain that developed three years after this procedure. On physical exam there was no prolapse or mesh erosion and the pain was reproducible with palpation over bilateral anterior and posterior proximal mesh arms.
