Abstract
Laparoscopic myomectomy is a safe and reliable procedure, even in the deep intramural large and multiple myomas using three ancillary ports. The myometrium was injected with vasopressin and local electorcauterization for hemostastasis and minimize blood loss during surgical procedures going on. Morcellation insitu was performed for complete removal of the myomas. The deep myometrium was sutured one or two layers with 1-0 Monocryl. The superficial myometrium and serosal were sutured with 2-0 monocryl.
