<h3>Study Objective</h3> Laparoscopic Mitrofanoff with Radical Utethrectomy for Vaginal Tumour Infiltrating Urethra <h3>Design</h3> Laparoscopic. <h3>Setting</h3> Open and Laparoscopic. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> One. <h3>Interventions</h3> Laparoscopic Mitrofanoff with Radical Utethrectomy with Martius Flap Reconstruction. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Tumour clearence with uterus and bladder preservation with continent pouch. <h3>Conclusion</h3> In locally advanced urethro vaginal tumours inspite of radical procedures like anterior exenteration we should consider preservation of bladder and uterus function by Laparoscopic Mitrofanoff procedure.
