Laparoscopic Management of Pelvic Pain after Total Hysterectomy: Excision and Revision of the Vaginal Cuff is a Method of Diagnosis and Treatment

Abstract

Study Objective: Patients who have undergone a total hysterectomy may report pelvic pain symptoms such as dyspareunia or voiding spasms that pose a management challenge for gynecologists. We describe the results of our experience with laparoscopic excision and revision of the vaginal cuff in women with posthysterectomy pelvic pain.
