Abstract
Introduction: Hepatectomy concomitant with lymph node dissection of the hepatoduodenal ligament (HDL) for the patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma not requiring extrahepatic bile duct resection is rarely performed under laparoscopic approach. In our institute, we utilized a laparoscopic approach for two cases.
