Abstract
A 14-year-old girl experienced severe incapacitating pelvic and abdominal pain. A large venous anomaly was noted at laparoscopy, performed in Saudi Arabia, corresponding to the patient's pain. Multiple endoloop laparoscopy ligations of the venous complex was performed. A follow-up laparoscopy 8 months later confirmed continued occlusion of the vascular complex. The patient continued to have satisfactory pain relief when examined 21 months postoperatively.
