Abstract

Objective: Tubal disease is a major cause of infertility in the world today. Proximal blockage of the fallopian tube occurs in 10%-25% of women with tubal disease. The treatment of tubal obstructions diagnosed in this way includes laparoscopic tuboplasty, microsurgical tuboplasty, transcervical or transabdominal tuboplasty, and IVF. We used for the first time in the literature be venom intratubal injection. Bee venom was used on the basis of its antiinflammatory, cortisol like action, improvement of nerve transmission, its content of Mellitin and Apamin, its inhibitory effect on complement C3 activity, collagenolysis effect, its stimulatory effect on estrogen, progesterone and GABA receptors in the fallopian tube.
