Abstract

Laparoscopic extended right hemicolectomy with D3 lymphadenectomy is the most challenging surgery among all colon procedures. This surgery involves an extensive scope and a number of important organs. In this article, we aim to share our experience in laparoscopic extended right hemicolectomy with D3 lymphadenectomy from three aspects, including surgical position, trocar positions and surgical procedures.
