Abstract

Background: This 41-year old patient had a past medical history of acute pancreatitis of biliary origin. Following a hospital admission for painful obstructive jaundice, and due to the presence of cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis, an ERCP was performed. A choledochoduodenal fistula was diagnosed.
