catalaEl model pedagogic de l'ensenyament d'una de les llengues regionals per immersio linguistica s’imparteix a Franca des de fa 50 anys. La creacio de diversos centres escolars que imparteixen aquest ensenyament i el seu desenvolupament han proporcionat debats juridics variats i importants. Avui dia, la immersio linguistica viu una situacio paradoxal entre una oposicio a la seva integracio dins l'escola publica i un reconeixement i un financament estatal de la seva tasca a l'escola privada. Aquesta situacio demostra el precari equilibri en que es troba el model linguistic i escolar frances, dividit entre l'afirmacio del principi del monolinguisme frances de l'educacio, d'una banda, i la necessitat de respondre a les necessitats de les escoles que implanten la immersio linguistica, de l'altra. EnglishThe pedagogical model for teaching one of the regional languages through immersion has been in practice in France for 50 years. The creation and development of a number of schools based on this model have sparked many significant legal debates. Today, language immersion is in a paradoxical situation between the veto on its inclusion in state schools and recognition and state funding of its role in private education.
