Abstract
A study is made of the possibility of generation of electromagnetic waves by the propagation of nonlinear Langmuir waves in a relativistic electron-positron plasma at a small angle to an external magnetic field. A study is made of the possibility of existence of charged bunches caused by the presence of a small admixture of protons in the plasma or a small difference between the unperturbed electron and positron distribution functions. 8 references.
