Abstract
AbstractThis research paper describes the state of Children’s literature during the period prior to the freedom of Singapore from Malaya and proceeds to highlight how it has sprouted ever since independence of the country in 1965.Children’s literature started flourishing through children’s magazines, radio programmes had its set back in the 1990s .
