Russian Abstract: Автор исходит из того, что специфика оборота недвижимого имущества при наличии системы регистрации прав обуславливается, прежде всего, спецификой книжного владения. Отсюда следует, что при установлении регулирования следует подходить к учёту специфики книжного владения как к необходимому и достаточному. В частности, необходимо исключить необоснованные особенности регулирования, не обусловленные спецификой книжного владения. Тогда оборот недвижимости можно существенно упростить, ускорить и удешевить, приблизив его по этим параметрам к обороту движимости. English Abstract: The author proceeds from the premise that where a system of title registration is in place, the specifics of immovable property transactions depend, primarily, on the recorded possession specifics. Therefore, while introducing pertinent regulation, one should consider the specifics of recorded possession as necessary and sufficient. In particular, one should exclude ungrounded specifics of regulation that are not related to the specifics of recorded possession.
