Abstract
An International Symposium on Land Subsidence is planned for December 13 to 17, 1976, at the Royal Inn near Disneyland, Anaheim, California. The symposium is sponsored by the International Association of Hydrological Sciences, International Association of Hydrogeologists, and International Society for Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, with the cooperation and assistance of Unesco and the American Geophysical Union.The symposium will be held during the week following the 1976 Fall Annual Meeting of AGU (December 6 to 9) in San Fransicso.
