Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the realization of a land acquisition plan as an object of state administrative disputes. Method: The research method used is a juridical normative research method, researchers conduct research using data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Results and Conclusions: The results of the study found that the land acquisition plan in the form of determining the location of land acquisition for development for public interest as the object of state administrative disputes, is the result of state administrative decisions that are considered to have the potential to harm the rights and interests of a person or civil law entity or customary law community whose land is targeted for land acquisition so that the party who feels disadvantaged file a lawsuit with the government agency or official that has issued the decision.
