Abstract

We plan to clone the active epitope sequence of the laminin binding surface protein of Streptococcus suis into B. subtilis, and then administer it orally to observe whether there is immune activity and other adverse reactions. In this way, it may be possible to create a new low-cost and convenient operation vaccine of S. suis to help agricultural production.
