Abstract
The percentage of lymphoid cells containing Kurloff bodies is increased after estrogen treatment. Cylosolic fractions of pure Kurloff cells were incubated with tritiated 17β estradionl. No measurable specific binding was observed under any of the different experimental conditions tested Kurloff cells do not appear to be a target cell for estrogen.
