Abstract
Even though an employee was unable to enlist any other employees to support his complaints about his pay, the complaints were protected concerted activity under the National Labor Relations Act, according to the Advice Division of the National Labor Relations Board's Office of the General Counsel. Therefore, termination of the employee for his wage complaints violated the NLRA.
