Significant ideas about the educational goal of the child and the main participants of the educational process are highlighted. The article presents the results of an empirical study indicating a partial lack of clear educational goals for children, parents and teachers. With the help of specially designed questionnaires, basic data were obtained, which were interpreted taking into account the expert opinion of teachers. The paper argues for the need for an educational goal for all participants in the educational process and pays attention to the need for further study of the process of forming an educational goal for children, teachers and parents.
